Book Review: Suzanne Redfearn - In an Instant (published in 2020)

This is my third consecutive Amazon First Reads pick and this is the third book I absolutely loved. I give this one 4.5 stars.

The story is about a family and some friends who go on a road trip; due to a lot of snow fall they unexpectedly crash the car. One of the kids passes away and from that moment on she observes how her family members fend for themselves following the crash and how the aftermath of such a life changing event occurs.

It's an emotional ride, which is exceptionally told from the perspective of Finn. I shed one or two tears while reading it, but all in all it was just a very powerful novel with a strong message.

You have to read it to find out what it is.

4.5 stars
