Book Review: Rod Duncan - Unseemly Science (published in 2015)

I kept reading because I bought the trilogy in one audiobook. I didn't enjoy the first one. I did enjoy this one a little tiny bit, but I'm not invested in the writing enough to truly enjoy it.

This book picks up where the first one stops (which isn't great when you didn't like that one). Elizabeth Barnabus is still the main character, she still dresses up as her brother who functions as a private detective, but it's a bit less obvious in this book.

The story is about science this time. I don't know. I should really stop reading, and leave the third one for what it is. It's not fair to continuously rate these books low, when I know I won't like it. Let's see if I manage to stop reading that omnibus audiobook.
